I do one radio at a time to insure a quality job. The quality goes in before it leaves the bench! I love what I do, keeping the classics alive!

I do all custom or restorative work on the CLASSIC or new Uniden Cobra chassis radio`s. I also can get the radio of your choice and build it to your specs and ship it to you when completed. I do it all!

When you buy a new or used radio it has to be set up properly to get all the enjoyment out of it. That is where I come in. I will help you decide what you need and how to enjoy your radio.

 Just ask me and I will send you a full list of available mods with pricing options. Then you can send me your baby to get  modded or restored or a new radio built.

My bench is always clean and I am a non smoker and non drinker. No games no BS or problems for you. I handle it all.

I am very careful about scratching a radio`s cases and or chrome bezels. I am also picky about my work and it shows in the final product when you get it back all clean and working! see my videos on youtube at the link on the left side menu

I build and or make your radio like my own as if I were building or restoring it for myself and thats how I operate. MY CUSTOM RADIO`S ARE 1 OF A KIND BUILD`S

All you do is call me 7 days a week or email me 7 days a week then we discuss your wants and needs and budget constraints for the build. I will send you by email a list of all the available mods and prices then you send me the radio then I do a youtube video so you can see what I have found and reccomend then I do a full build sheet with all prices and m,ods after we work out all details. Then you send me the money in the mail by check or money order or cash. It is that easy!

I answer email`s from 1 pm az time to 10 pm az time and I will answer e mail`s within 2 hrs

I mod and restore with available parts Cobra radios including small mobiles such as the Cobra 25, 29, to the famous Cobra 148 gtl new and old and the 142 gtl 2000 gtl, and some realistic radio`s as well,Uniden grant xl`s and Grant lt`s Uniden 510 xl , 520 xl,  pc66,  pc68,  pc76,  pc78, to the Washington and Madison base stations. I dont touch the cobra 200 or 150`s or 2510`s or lincoln`s

The cobra 148 gtl,148 gtl f, can be made to look like new again. I can freshen up all the others as well.

I can also do a full electrolytic re cap / rejuvenation of any uniden radio. It is HIGHLY recommended at 15 to 20 yrs or older it solves many issues that will kill the radio sooner than later.

I offer a lifetime warranty on my labor only and full 30 day warranty if I supply the radio for the build and or restoration. Any internal boards or toys are not covered by any warranty. All the internal small parts I install are covered for 30 days. Please when sending a radio you either call me or let me know that you have shipped it. You must provide me with a tracking number or delivery confirmation number. No tracking number to me it never was sent to me.

The best way to ship me a radio is through the post office. You ask for a medium flat rate priority box. It is the 11-7/8" x 3-3/8" x 13-5/8" Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box-O-FRB2 . Then just protect the front and back of the radio from drop damage with bubble wrap or news paper and don't buy their insurance. It should only cost 12.00 anywhere in the country. Then email me to let me know the radio was sent and provide me with the tracking info please. Please email or call for name and address to ship to. Thank you.
