When you buy a new or used radio it has to be set up properly to get all the enjoyment out of it. That is where I come in. I will help you decide what you need and how to enjoy your radio. If you do not plan on ordering the radio from me contact the shop you are ordering it from please. I can get any of the new Cobra Uniden or Galaxy radios for a very small price markup for my time. Or I can also locate the classic cobra radios for you. I do not work on Ranger or most galaxy base station radio`s or High power mobile radio`s

I handle all the leg work for you. All you do is tell me what radio and mods you want or I can recommend them with my new radio setup package deals to save us both time and then you send me money and or YOUR radio and I get it done, I handle it all THAT'S IT!

I do one radio at a time to insure a quality job. The quality goes in before it leaves the bench! I love what I do, keeping the classics alive!

I build and or make your radio like my own as if I were building or restoring it for myself and that's how I operate. MY CUSTOM RADIOS ARE 1 OF A KIND BUILDS!!

I answer emails from 10:00 am AZ time to 10 pm AZ time and I will answer all inquiries back within 2 hrs in most cases.

I can also do a full electrolytic re cap / rejuvenation of most radios. It is HIGHLY recommended at 15 to 20 yrs or older it solves many issues that will kill the radio sooner than later.

I offer a lifetime warranty on my labor only and full 30 day warranty if I supply the radio for the build and or restore it.This applies to a new radio or a 30 yr old cobra.If you send it in there is no full warranty offered. I have no control what has been done to the radio in the past and electronics do fail out of the blue. Any internal boards or toys are not covered by any warranty as i have no control over the build quality or parts.

All the internal small parts I install are covered for 30 days. I will cover shipping both ways if a problem comes up and it is determined that one of the parts I installed is faulty for the first 30 days. If not you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and as always you will get video proof what has happened exactly nothing is hidden.

Due to the nature of electronics they can fail at anytime. I will not be held responsible for a radio that has a catastrophic failure after it is returned to you if you provide it but I will work with you as much as possible to resolve the situation.

I do business the old fashioned way I earn it and with a verbal or e hand shake. I have no bad feedback because I do not let it get to that point. I handle any problems that come up with my full undivided attention if you get your radio back and something has gone wrong.

If you must absolutely use pay pal for the full build cost a 3.2% convenience fee will be added for pay pal use.

Skype and OOVOO chat sessions work as follows: My skype username is snakeradioshop to speak with me on skype. You must have a microphone and the program installled on your computer. To access me on oovoo you need to go to www.oovoo.com download and install the program and add me to your contact list. My username is snakeradioshop. Oovoo is for my current customers or if you have contacted me and have sent me the tracking number by email that your radio has shipped to me you can have access to my oovoo shop camera. I am not a Google search and will not be used for my knowledge or as a Google search for information. If you need information regarding antennas coax etc etc it is all on line for free for you to search yourself and find and decide what will work or not. If you want the correct and honest information from me to save you hrs and hrs of time and finding it for your  complete setup whether it is a base or mobile set up there will be a 1 hr minimum labor charge of 25.00 for non customers for said information. You can paypal me the money then you can ask as many questions as you want. For my customers of course it is free of charge. The wasteland of bs and incorrect information on the net is a huge problem in the cb world
